Reasons why it shouldn't be banned
+Its fun to use (to me at least)
+Doesn't do too much damage
+you can only throw one every 30 seconds or something like that, so its not spammable.
+Is not game changing.
+Pretty much only useful for throwing down chokes hoping for a hit.
reasons why not to allow it:
-annoying red bleeding screen.
-Gives scout, an already powerful class, even more powah yo.
