You most definitely can form a team at the LAN. That's what the pug list is for! I think I can count one one hand the number of tournaments for which I had a team.

Re: the prizes -- come and have fun, win some stuff. If and only if there is unanimous consent for a buy-in, then it can be a buy-in.

The tournament has been moved to Saturday 10 AM due to popular demand. Come Friday night, frag a bit, catch some zzzs (or not, if you're hardcore), and push little cart or whatever in the morning.

A key thing to remember is that there's a lot more to LAN parties than the tournaments. We keep you gaming. For 42 hours. OK, we'll give you some quiet time because we want to be fresh enough to whoop your asses, too ;-)
