What you can take away from this thread: it's completely useless.

Even on jump maps it's extremely rare.

Oh, on a side note, duck tapping + water = super jump. However, none of the maps currently in rotation have an adequate amount of water in the right place to abuse it. Process used to have a small layer of water at middle, but players could abuse the heck out of that, roamers jumping from one side of the middle to the other and bombing from the skybox. It still has some water at second, but its much harder to utilize that effectively.

That jump is possible without duck tapping, and looking at the height he got, I doubt that was duck tap.
I tried it just now... you're right.
I'm just bad

PT you couldn't ducktap yourself out of a cardboard box even if you were using the rocket jumper.

Yes, you can utilize it with sticky jumps too although that's even less useful than with rocket jumps.

I'd be really surprised if you can do this jump consistently.

I've never played that map is it the same distance as the pagoda bridge jump? I can do that one almost always first try.

you don't even need to ctap to do the pagoda one iirc because I did it that way before I knew how to

This, the pagoda jump shouldn't really be challenging. The jump in the video looks easy but it's pretty far when you're actually doing it.

The only place I've found a duck tap jump really useful is in bball to jump from half court and still have room to strafe to the basket.

That's not exactly 6's though

Half court? You don't need duck tap for half court. Duck tap allows you to jump from the edge of your free throw circle.
