it's the sudden influx of retarded threads, it's easy to ignore them, but it's getting out of hand imo.

Then why don't you just make it so if your account isn't linked to a steam account they can't create threads? That will most likely deter quite a few people from going through the process just to post on alt accounts.

Gotta say, though, alts do serve a purpose. When disclosing sensitive info, it's better to do so through an alt. Otherwise, everybody might hate you.
