I have a Qck and just handwash it with a little soap and let it hang dry. You have to make sure to rinse it really well to get all the soap out, though. I've done this a few times and it seems to work well.

but would the washer+dryer do the same exact thing without somehow ruining it?
might as well wash it along with my clothes if its safe to do

I wouldn't recommend the dryer. Washing it on a low spin speed might be fine. But I'd just let it airdry.

But honestly, soap + water is your best bet.

Have a feeling the dryer cycle might be a bit harsh on the material. Also, it really doesn't need the full 40-60 minutes of washing. IDK what that would do it -maybe nothing, maybe not- but you can't go wrong with Dr.G's advice.

Soap+water and air drying has worked wonders for my qck, and the amount of coffee cups I've spilled on mine is in the double digits now.

no idea what material your mousepad is, but who knows, could be similar enough.

Toss it in the dishwasher, same thing as hand washing it with soap really. I do it all the time, but I also keep these disposable cleaning cloths, picks up dirt & dust easily. My QcK+ will always look brand new.

Pretty sure a dryer would fuck it up.

as long as you do cold water in the washing machine and then the lowest heat setting for a short amount of time it won't do any harm

the only thing is that the dryer won't fully dry the rubber base unless you cook it to the point of melting, so i stopped putting mine in the dryer and air dried it after

EDIT: if you do wanna throw it in the dryer, you just need to spend some time squeezing the water out of the rubber base BUT I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT

Ok thanks guys
I know i can clean it in the shower or wipe it down i just wanted to throw it in with my laundry for convenience. I guess I'll stick with hand washing it.
