Hey wareya, you recorded those clips with a cl_interp setting of .1, while this may not be what you play with there is a chance that you do.

Be sure that you have cl_interp .033 set!

I set cl_interp to 0 and let cl_interp_ratio do the heavy lifting for me. I don't know what the difference is while playing back demos. Since my main classes don't take advantage of hitscan as primary, the ratio's always set to 1 for me.
