how the hell do i relax?
for the past week or so my muscles have just felt tense, everything pisses me off, all i want to do is go to sleep and even when i do go lay down i dont even feel relaxed then.
i was looking into meditation but that seems like a big step to make at first, i imagine i would get into it for 5 minutes before starting to think "this is stupid".
i dont drink often and i smoke tobacco rarely. my sex life is regular. id say my diet is pretty standard, and in general im of average physical health.
