Hello XSplit wizards. I'm having a problem I can't seem to find a solution to in regards to running XSplit. Every time I start the program and get ready to stream, XSplit turns off my Windows Aero theme and it's a very invasive problem I would love to avoid.

I've attempted the typical "uncheck Disable Aero theme" but XSplit still ignores my preferences. I even went so far as to edit a Windows registry to never allow non-Aero apparently. No worky.

Can anyone help?

The FAQ says that XSplit disables it by default, and actually gives you instructions to ensure that it is disabled, but strangely enough, there's only one thread ( www.xsplit.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=7140&p=30121 ) on the forums about your exact problem, and the results of that so far is that the XSplit testers are trying to replicate the problems and the user was asked to run a few tests, so you might want to post in there and see if your bump will reveal some additional information.
