EDIT: Resiniferatoxin is technically rated the same (16 mil SHU) but it is chemically very similar to capsaicin.

spicy tuna is the best, also different types of sauces used on sushi like spicy mayo. i had something very unique when i was in CT recently. was eating at fridays and they used widmder brothers rotator IPA to make a dipping sauce, added with a little spice as well it tastes amazing on hamburgers or french fries. would def like to see more of that...really hoppy IPA's have the best flavor to go with anything
