On random occasions, my hud will disappear. I have a hud crosshair, and I can see that, but my health, ammo, damage indicators, and the killfeed are all gone, and I can't change weapons. I have no idea what causes it or fixes it, all I can tell is that sometimes when I switch from one class to another, the hud is gone when I respawn. It comes back at seemingly random times, and I've found that switching from class to class in spawn, or going out and dying can make it revert back to normal.

Does anyone know what's wrong? More importantly, does anyone know how to fix it? Cause it's getting pretty annoying.

try reinstalling it?

I can try that. I just don't understand why only some of the time, when switching classes, it bugs out.

I'm pretty sure hitting tab fixes that for me, if not just bind a key to hud_reloadscheme

I've tried hud_reloadscheme, and exec autoexec, neither works. And tab doesn't work either, the scoreboard won't show up.
