Discovering that his aliases are spud and Logitech is unsurprising to me. I've seen both accounts aim suspiciously very well in lobbies.

It's not like this community is very hard to keep track of, it's not massive by any stretch of the imagination. If there's some scout in lobbies that is not clearly someone you know of chances are they are hacking.

Already knew this. Why the fuck isn't banned from every league is beyond me. Nobody wants to play with hackers. Everyone would ban his IP and steam ID from there server. Sadly people seem to have grown quite lenient to hackers. I don't care if its a fucking lobby or even a pub you are hacking in. That is just being a dick.
