Can't do it at this point. The hat is gone to some other user (http://tf2b.com/tf2/ametrine). Valve would never get a third person involved in this matter. The better option would be to have the hat blacklisted on sites like sourceop or atleast have ametrine blacklisted as a user until the hat was returned.

Ametrine, you have some serious mental issues if you act like this when given the(relative) freedom from repercussions the internet offers. I know you don't feel this way and you'll try to blame everyone's hatred for you on the fact that they don't understand you, or the idea that it's only an online video game so they shouldn't care this much. But this is a serious problem that you need to get figured out sooner rather than later because it WILL show up in real life eventually. Good luck, I hope you take this advice.
