Undocumented changes

Added new attributes to the Hidden Detective set.[1]
Crafting two Banana Peels now results in a message being displayed. The Banana Peels will not be lost in crafting, however.
The Equalizer now does extra damage when on low health. Furthermore, the damage done when on high health has been reduced

I'm trying it on bots....max damage seems to be 100. Isn't that what it was before?

Edit: that was at 19 hp. 1 HP is doing 107.

Rofl, as retarded as the EQ can be sometimes, it's usually not that hard to deal with, if he's running really fast and not trying to escape, just shoot him, a good scatter shot/one or two pistol hits can take them down easy and you still out run them. If they had actually buffed the damage on it I would've been rather upset, but they didn't so whatever. No real reason to get into a ban equalizer debate here.
