It's broken, I was just in the Chicago dm server and I had fun facing a heavy, pyro, and a gun slinger engineer.

Assuming there's a whitelist and it uses ESEA bans, that's broken too because gunslinger engie wouldn't be possible otherwise.

Was going to ask what was wrong with medics but the server is only 10 slots right?

This is a sourcemod issue. We'll look into alternative methods to limit classes and methods.

In the meantime, just play nice and don't be douches.

Sorry about the delay guys. Chicago's classlimits should be working again, and viaduct has been swapped out for koth_pro_viaduct_rc3 in the mapcycle.
