Go to your program files> steam > steamapps > loginname > team fortress 2 > tf and go into your cfg folder. Delete all the class.cfg files(scout.cfg,soldier.cfg, etc) and it will delete the xhair switcher. as for reverting your keybinds back, just go into the options inside tf2 and change last weapon used to Q.
