Aristotle has typically been a cool guy with me in the past, but I know how he operates with pugna and it's not always the best. When you're the leader of a community or community function, you need to put the general public's desires above your own, even when you disagree (like banning blackfoger from the forums heh). It's great that he's gone out to get these sponsorships and all, but being a good leader is more than bringing in money, it's also about satisfying the people you lead. He could easily go out and continue bringing in prizes for tournaments without being the head admin of pugna, the two don't depend on each other. Of course, if he stopped doing it just because he didn't have the power to ban people, that'd be pretty silly.

Basically, I recognize all of the good Aris has done for the community, but that doesn't mean we should just ignore other (pretty big) issues. I mean, even Hitler made the trains run on time (heh again).

EDIT: All that being said, I don't know if things are as hectic as they were when this thread was mad and the dude is pretty nice most of the time. What I'm getting at is I wasn't actually comparing him to Hitler. (Only partially because PUGs take forever and are not timely at all).

Big update folks! Our LAN has sold out in record time! If you didn't get a spot paid up yet, sorry but we're all filled up. There's a very slight possibility we'll open up more seats though, so keep checking on this thread in case we get the green light to host more slots.
